Sarah Larson was a contestant on the TV game show Fear Factor , where she won an episode of season five, partnered with her then-boyfriend Dan Randolph. Larson appeared as a guest model on two fashion runways during this time. People Magazine named Larson as one of their 100 Most Beautiful People of 2008.
